Selection process
The Human Resources Department ensures the management of the Personnel of all Group companies, in accordance with the guidelines, values and corporate strategies. The staff hiring process is managed by the Human Resources Department, referring to the curricula already included in its Database and through its Linkedin profile.
The selection process involves an initial preliminary telephone interview.
The selection process will continue with a first aptitude-motivational interview and a second technical-professional interview.
