Gianluigi Angelantoni to headline the ‘Made in Italy Days’ organised by the ONAOSI Foundation of Perugia
The event is part of the third edition of the National Made in Italy Day, promoted by the Ministry of Enterprise and Made in Italy
The event is taking place on 15 April 2026 and the chosen date symbolically marks the birth of Leonardo da Vinci, a symbol of Italian genius and creativity.
Gianluigi Angelantoni, Cavaliere del Lavoro and Chairman of the Angelantoni Industrie Group, will address the topic “Talent, merit and enterprise: the synergy that enhances the ‘Made in Italy’ brand”, drawing on his experience of over forty years in the sector.
Since 1978, entrepreneur Angelantoni has promoted development and innovation in key areas such as refrigeration technology and environmental testing, whilst also taking on important roles within Confindustria and actively supporting digitalisation processes. Such a well-established professional background is a significant strength: it will enable him to provide a concrete and genuine account of the changes in the manufacturing world, highlighting how talent and merit can translate into real progress, innovation and greater competitiveness for the Italian business sector.
The ONAOSI Foundation and the Collegio Universitario di Merito in Perugia invite students, lecturers and general public to take part in this initiative, which aims to introduce the younger generation to the heart of Italy’s production and manufacturing sector, based on innovation, expertise and aesthetic quality.
The Colleges di Merito, which have always been active in fostering individual skills, promote dialogue between universities and the business world as a strategic tool to bridge the gap between education and employment, thereby helping to limit the brain drain and make professional opportunities in the country more attractive.
Venue: Collegio della Sapienza ONAOSI, Via della Cupa 52, Perugia
